1. Introduction
Welcome to Leworth Apartments (Leworth Ltd) ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our serviced apartments ("the apartments") and the services we provide. By booking and staying at our apartments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking.
2.2. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments by [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer].
2.3. Rates: Rates are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes in rates after booking will not affect the confirmed booking unless amendments are made.
2.4. Deposit: A security deposit may be required to cover any damages or excessive cleaning charges. This deposit will be refunded after the apartment has been inspected, provided no issues are found.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and will only be effective from the date we receive the notice. The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 48 hours before arrival: 100% refund.
Less than 48 hours before arrival: No refund.
3.2. Non-Refundable Bookings: Some promotional or special rate bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
3.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to process.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1. Check-in Time: Check-in is from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
4.2. Check-out Time: Check-out is by 11 am. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional charge.
4.3. Identification: Valid photographic identification (e.g., passport, driving license) may be required to check-in.
5. Use of the Apartment
5.1. Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per apartment will be stated when booking. Additional guests may not be permitted without prior consent and may incur additional charges.
5.2. Prohibited Activities: The apartment may not be used for any unlawful purpose, parties, or gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
5.3. Noise and Disturbance: Guests must not create noise that disturbs other residents. Failure to comply may result in termination of the booking without refund.
5.4. Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements.
6. Housekeeping
6.1. Cleaning: The apartment will be cleaned before check-in. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost.
6.2. Linen and Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided and will be changed weekly for stays longer than 7 nights.
7. Liability
7.1. Guest Property: We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest property. Guests should ensure they have appropriate travel insurance.
7.2. Accidents and Injuries: We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay unless caused by our negligence.
7.3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions, that may affect your stay.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. Data Protection: We take the privacy of our guests seriously. Any personal information provided during booking will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
9.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments
10.1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes.
